SNAP - Special Needs Assistance Program

The Simpsonville Police Department would like to introduce a new program inspired by parents of children with special needs.  This program will allow Parents/Guardians of people with special needs to let the appropriate departments throughout the City of Simpsonville know about persons in their care who have special needs.  This program is only available for individuals who live or work in the city limits of Simpsonville.

By completing this form, you are authorizing the City of Simpsonville access to necessary and crucial information that will allow us to provide the best care under the circumstances. You can provide us with as much information as you deem necessary, such as allergies, medications, disabilities... etc.

Upon completion of this form, you will be contacted by the Police Department to confirm the accuracy of the information, so please provide a contact person and phone number.

We are striving to maintain our goal for a safer community and feel that SNAP takes us another step closer to accomplishing that goal.  If you have any questions concerning this program, please contact the Police Department at (864) 967-9536.
